Location: Aurora Yonge (14872 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G 1N2)
- Can work at Thornhill as well (28-29 7181 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L3T 2A9)
Summary: The Pharmacist will manage the overall operations of the pharmacy, including product dispensing and providing new pharmacy services. This is a permanent part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medication dispensing and consultation services
- Collaborate with family physicians directly or through EMR system to optimize patient care
- Provide drug management expertise to assist patients in reaching their health goals
- Work with the Pharmacy Manager and Clinic Management Team to develop and deliver programs and services
- Be an active member of the interdisciplinary team to grow pharmacy services, both clinically and financially
Requirements:
- Licensed in Part A, Ontario College of Pharmacists - Required
- Experience in retail setting - Preferred
- Ability to combine clinical and dispensing functions in practice - Required
- Knowledge with Kroll and EMR - Preferred
