Position Profile

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain, logistics strategy, and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. This role requires the individual to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic, as well as being a strong communicator.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of service delivery

  • Developing and administering annual budgets for Canada clinics for review.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of vaccines and supplies, while maintaining optimal inventory levels set by the management team.

  • Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, managing inventory discrepancies.

  • Resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management.

  • Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.

  • Identify and record any issues relating to cycle count discrepancies and negatives.

  • Initiate action to prevent the re-occurrence of any non-conformities relating cycle count discrepancies and system negatives.

  • Verify the implementation of solutions.

  • Filling orders and inspecting vaccines and medication among all clinics.

  • Packing and shipping of supplies among clinics on a weekly, biweekly basis from our distribution center (Toronto)

  • Fulfilling orders online and/or by phone with vendors

  • Complete orders, tracking, and follow-up with deliveries for all clinics.

  • Preparing sales reports, evaluate and report on KPIs

Qualification and Skills:

  • Relevant work experience and/or educational background in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics

  • Must be comfortable working independently

  • Intermediate level understanding of Supply Chain process

  • Must be willing to travel within the GTA

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds.

  • Must be available to work in-person at our Downtown, Toronto office (Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST)

  • Have access to a reliable vehicle

  • Successfully pass a Police Background Check

  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle

  • Be willing to travel to all Passport Health clinics within the Toronto GTA region
