What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver (day shift), you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods
-Load and unload products from the vehicle
-Create/Follow delivery schedules and routes
-Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
-Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
-Collect payments from customers, if required
-Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil level, tire pressure and fluid checks.
-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Who you are:
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (G license is a must, DZ license is preferred)
-Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role (3 years' experience with light commercial vehicle)
-Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling and moving stock with material handling equipment
-Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
-Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is preferred
-Completion of secondary school is preferred.
