REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
This role entails a managerial position wherein you will report directly to the Director of Operations. We seek an individual exemplify strong leadership attributes, complemented by a solid educational background at the post-secondary level. Essential qualifications include adept problem-solving capabilties and a comprehensive understanding of the dedication required to ensure seamless operations with your designated region. Flexiblility to provide 24-hour suport is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

• Mange Terminal Level P&L (Profit & Loss) statements for Locations.
• Assess all Terminal Managers & Supervisors
• Manage IOO (Driver) Heaalth Report: (IOO revenue and margin after expenses)
• Coach, Mentor and Develop Subordinates to drive Mechanical Compliance at Terminals
• Manage all aspects of Facility Management: (Maintenance/Health&Safety/Landlord and Vendor Relationships/Lease Negotiations)
• Work in close proximity with the Recruiting department to align/prioritize our recruiting efforts while protecting our IOO delivery model and reducing natural churn.
• Manage KPI's for all terminals
• Manage the daily P&L
• Develop budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Small Package and /or Final Mile Transportation Leadership role including profit and loss responsibilty
• Sortation and Cross-Dock Experience
• Systems thing and a strong team builder
• Leadership experience in asset and non-asset transportation is an asset
• Truckload and LTL Experience is an asset.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement Expertise is an asset.
• TMS experience is an asset.
