The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ASIC Repair Technician to join our team at DMG Christina Lake. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, debugging and repairing ASIC Miners. You are computer literate with an interest in electronics and have an interest in maintaining CryptoCurrency Mining Hardware. Have an understanding of job-related software platforms and electronic equipment.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed diagnosis, repair, and testing of defective ASIC components using a variety of software tools and electronics testing equipment.
• Implement corrective actions and solutions based on test results and analysis.
• Understand and execute chip level failure analysis to identify the root cause of failures.
• Document repair processes in an organized fashion.
• Communicate technical findings and corrective actions in a clear and concise manner to the management team and stakeholders.

• You have the ability to initiate a course of action for solving problems and challenges as they exist and arise….you are a self starter.

• You are a well organized individual that maintains a well kept work space and respects the work environment to benefit all employees and the company.

• Must have own vehicle, and be able to get to and from the job site

• Be able to lift 40 lbs. or more

• Be able to work independently and in team situations.
• You are a safety conscious individual that strives to maintain a safe workplace.
• Previous experience working with ASIC miners and basic understanding of computer networking would be an asset.
