We are looking for a suitable candidate for our Accounts Payable/Admin position. The most suitable individuals must have experience in Accounts Payable functions.Location: MississaugaShift: Days 8:00am to 4:30 pmWhy Work Here:

Job Duties:
  • Back up Reception
  • Receive Invoices by email/print
  • Enter vendor A/P after coding
  • Receiving Packing slips/ Price Checking
  • Manage the scans between 6 buildings
  • Payable inquiries and vendor statements
  • Wire transfers
  • ACH payments- Email Vendors
  • Track profit on freight charges to customers
  • Job Costings with Vendor Invoices (Profit/ Loss)
  • Entering Vendor Invoices against Sales Order
  • Track profit on freight charges
  • Inventory
  • Coordination Team for Vendor Follow-ups
Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in a similar accounting and administrative environment
  • Average knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel Outlook
  • Experience with Accounts payable functions
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Be interested in a long-term employment opportunity with room to grow with the company

  • Detail oriented and well organized
