They are looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer to join their Technical Support team to bring energy and expertise to their large technical client base. As a Systems Engineer, you will be able to showcase your ability to plan, design, as well as implement complex IT network solutions and strategies.

As our Enterprise Systems Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Understanding best practices for all infrastructure design, implementation, and support
• Communicate corporate governance relating to Information Systems
• Participating in ongoing support and service delivery, needs analysis, and solution design
• Providing support with all aspects of Windows network and system administration
• Supporting multiple clients and systems, onsite and through remote access
• Providing escalation point for Network Operations Centre (NOC) Support.
• Ability and experience to build an IT Roadmap and change management for clients
• Supporting companies with 150+ users and/or multiple geographical locations

On your resume, we are seeking the following:

• 15+ or more years of progressive experience supporting Windows 2008 R2/2012/2016/2019 networks in the business world
• Post-secondary degree or 2-year diploma with an IT focus or equivalent
• Experience working with Hypervisor technologies including ESXi, VCenter, HyperV, etc.
• Citrix Workspace, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and NetScaler Experience
• Administration of MS Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, SQL Server, and SharePoint administration
• Experience supporting multiple server and desktop operating systems in a single network as well as experience with managing complex virtualized environments
• Firewall, router, TCP/IP, and internet connectivity configuration experience
• Experience with all aspects of business networks – end-user support, security, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, desktop, and software version management
• ITIL certification and applied ITIL knowledge
