We're recruiting a driven and customer-focused Business Development Representative who is looking for a chance to grow with our organization and do something that matters. The Role

Our Business Development Representative role is the perfect launchpad for an individual aspiring to build a rewarding career in SaaS/technology sales.

You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by discovering and nurturing new business opportunities. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a knack for technology and a growth-mindset.

What you'll do

  • Prospect new customers, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Proactively engage with target accounts via cold calling, emailing, and social touchpoints
  • Leave a lasting impression as the first point of contact with Givecloud
  • Beautifully articulate the value and unique benefits of Givecloud to prospects
  • Develop personalized messaging for target accounts and personas by leveraging research and prospecting tools
  • Maintain an accurate record of all emails, calls, and activities in our CRM
  • Optimize our approach by sharing your insights and strategizing with the greater sales team
  • Continuously learn new techniques and stay up to date with industry trends

Essential Qualifications

  • Post secondary education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus if you have…

  • Experience in business development/sales; extra bonus points if within a fast-paced technology industry
  • An understanding of the non-profit sector and fundraising challenges
  • Experience using CRM software (Hubspot)
