Looking for a Junior Outside Sales Professional to join their growing team in London, Ontario. As a Jr. Outside Sales Professional for the HVAC services division, your role will be pivotal in advancing the growth and profitability of their London Branch. Your primary focus will be cultivating profitable relationships with new clientele, emphasizing the sale of preventative maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing disciplined and professional methods to identify, target, and assess potential new clients.
  • Conducting sales visits to comprehend customer requirements and suggest innovative HVAC solutions.
  • Formulating marketing strategies for your territory and participating in industry gatherings to broaden business prospects.
  • Exemplifying our client's company with dignity, honesty, and excellence while upholding the highest standards of service quality.

Requirements

Required:

  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for value-based selling.
  • Experience in selling services rather than tangible products.

Preferred:

  • Strong technical understanding with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional presentation skills that captivate audiences.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies and industry norms.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of building HVAC systems.
  • Higher education qualifications.
  • Previous experience in property management.
