Spence Diamonds was founded in 1978 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are proudly the leading diamond specialty concept in North America.

Our dynamic team is growing, and we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as an Inventory Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute inventory
• Replenish inventory
• Liaison between the Manufacturing Studio and our 8 store locations across Canada
• Assist with inquiries and incoming work orders
• Data entry and management
• Daily shipment preparation
• Assist with other stations when necessary
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work within a team setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in jewelry industry is an asset but not necessary
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada full-time

Compensation

• $20 per hour
