Beauty Incubator Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a luxury boutique skincare studio in the search for a Master Facialist.As a master facialist you are dedicated to offering clients a tailored experience through enhanced facial treatments, ensuring each client receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve.IN THE ROLE YOU WILL :

• Perform luxury, high-level, 2-hour, five-star facial treatments.
• Perform facial treatments focusing on facial massage and technologies such as microcurrent, LED light therapy, radio frequency, and more.
• Provide skincare consultations to clients on how to achieve skin goals.
• Provide clients with one-on-one personal shopping of skin care products and offer a strong skill set for high-value sales.
• Communicate, engage, and educate clients on facial treatments, technologies, and skincare products.
• Provide exceptional and attentive client servicing.
• Learn and become an expert in our product lines.
• Actively participate in training sessions.
• Perform all job duties courteously and follow the company's high standards of policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• A certified medical aesthetician with experience who possesses a strong passion and a talent for performing facial treatments and facial massages.
• Well-educated in medical aesthetics and the positive impact you can have on clients.
• Highly detail-oriented and take pride in your work.

• A Strong communicator and listener.

REQUIREMENTS:

• License/Certification: Aesthetician Certification (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with performing medical-grade facial treatments.
• Experience with client consultations and sales with a focus on client education.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
• Courteous, professional, and business-like appearance and demeanour.
• Strong time management.
• Elevated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy.
• Additional certifications in facial massage techniques and dermaplaning an asset.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be available to work full days on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (potentially growing to more days).
