About the position:

We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about Canadian Energy products and interacting with customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focusing on customer service, office administration, invoicing, and ERP system entries.

As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:

Customer Service. You'll strive to provide an exceptional experience for our customers at the front counter and by telephone. Improve value for the customer by offering new products and services or by consolidating their purchases.

Shipping and Receiving. Assist in all aspects of warehouse duties including labeling of product, preparation of shipping documentation, inventory counts and general cleanup/maintenance. Load and unload trucks/trailers. Put away stock and pick orders. This position requires the successful candidate to be able to consistently and safely lift 22kg (50lbs).
Operations. Assist with administration i.e., issue invoices and manage customer accounts in Company ERP system (NetSuite) including order-taking, order-entry and order fulfillment.
Safety. Consistently uphold all company culture, health and safety, security and operational policies and procedures. Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques.

Equipment. Safely operate power and manual lift equipment.

Driving. In addition to warehouse, warranty and customer service tasks you will have the opportunity to learn how to service a delivery and pick up route in a pick-up truck or van.


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with computers, knowledge of how to work with an EPR System.
  • 1 year of experience working with invoicing, ERP entries, or in a customer service position.
  • Able to consistently and safely lift 50 pounds.
  • Developed customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Class 5 driving license.
  • The ability to pass a background check and provide a driver's abstract.
