You are

You will
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email
- Keep customers informed of incident progress, impending changes, and coordinated outages
- Handle escalations for mobile, hardware and software issues
- Log and process support calls in JIRA
- Ensure service levels are met based on problem priority
- Provide network and server support; onsite and remote
- Evaluate and administer various cloud services
- Deploy and support new hardware and system software
You have
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a technical support environment
- Experience with:
- Office 365 suite of tools including Intune
- Azure administration
- PowerShell scripting
- Windows Server 2012 to current
- VMware and vCenter infrastructure management
- Remote Desktop support
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Patch management
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting skills
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets

Estimated annual salary range is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00, based on experience.
