WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is growing and looking for Inbound Sales / Customer Service Agents to join our award winning office team. This is a great opportunity to join one of "Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures" based in Vancouver, BC. As a member of our team, you will take inbound calls from customers, answer questions, and work to set up and schedule service appointments. No previous office or sales experience required - we're looking for positive, friendly people committed to delivering great customer experiences!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working alongside the Sales Center team, ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will manage complaints from inception to investigation to close, thinking like a detective to identify the root cause and find win-win solutions for customers. You will build relationships with our key stakeholders, and most importantly, our customers and Franchise Partners. You will manage a robust caseload including issues from multiple channels such as calls, emails, social media, and chats. You will be an advocate for our brand and ensure that our customers have exceptional experiences after and after their service. You will use your unique ability to see both sides of a situation and help both parties come to a resolution.

The position is full-time and must be available during our hours of operation:

  • Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Sunday's 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

A Day In the Life

  • Answering incoming calls to support the Sales and Customer Service queue
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly and escalate appropriately
  • Investigate issues, consulting all involved parties
  • Update cases with relevant details regarding the status
  • Follow up with Franchise Partners on outstanding issues
  • Share feedback on how we can drive change in processes and systems
  • Provide Key stakeholders with suggestions on how to improve a customer experience
  • Use customer feedback to help inform decision making
  • Act as the advocate for our customers within the WOW 1 DAY PAINTING organization
  • Respond with urgency to online reviews (negative and positive) and work with Franchise Partners to help create public responses
  • Support future initiatives through customer data and identify key friction points in the customer journey

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $16.75 per hour
  • 32-40 hours per week
