The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) is a not-for-profit corporation that is designated by the provincial government of Ontario to administer and enforce the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017 and associated regulations. WHAT THE POSITION IS:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive Office, primarily focusing on the daily administrative and operational needs of the CEO & Registrar. In this essential role, you will be responsible for meticulous management of the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing expense tracking. Your duties will also include preparing and organizing documents, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring all logistical aspects of meetings and events are flawlessly executed.

As a direct report to the Manager, Executive Office, this role will provide further support by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing critical communications and presentations. This position calls for meticulous attention to detail in managing the CEO's calendar, preparing for meetings, and handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
