CLINICAL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST - MEDICAL DOSIMETRY

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Solutions, the Clinical Solutions Specialist (Medical Dosimetry) is responsible for driving customer engagement and software usage, and resolving issues that impact customer experience and satisfaction. They articulate the value of Adaptiiv's solutions across a spectrum of clinical, operational, and financial benefits to inspire successful customer adoption of Adaptiiv software and services. The Clinical Solutions Specialist acts as a customer advocate and stays current on recent trends and practice standards in treatment planning, as well as Company marketing initiatives and relevant regulatory actions.

The Clinical Solutions Specialist maintains a detailed understanding of the Adaptiiv product roadmap and contributes customer feedback to the portfolio Product Manager. This position is the navigational guide through each phase of the customer's journey including installation, training, education, hand-over for clinical care, services, support, and ultimately renewal.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Adaptiiv's customer portfolio.
  • Identify key champions and work with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer success plans.
  • Oversee customer implementation including training and development of best practices.
  • Perform customer training ensuring a high level of customer competency.
  • Input detailed records of training activities into company information systems, including customer technical questions and systems integration issues, to ensure accurate updated customer information is available.
  • Assist in patient part order preparation with customers, when needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Adaptiiv solutions and provide troubleshooting and support (internally and externally).
  • Develop account-specific key performance metrics for customer portfolio.
  • Monitor customer retention and satisfaction using internal and customer-developed key performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion of solution adoption within accounts.
  • Work closely, and when needed, take on a leadership role for all types of customer escalations through reporting to resolution.
  • Present weekly learnings during Adaptiiv clinical rounds to various company teams.
  • Advise customers in adapting their work procedures and propose road maps of new work processes.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge and high level of proficiency across all Adaptiiv product lines.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, including collecting product improvement requests and sharing radiation oncology trends and best practices.
  • Identify founding customers for the beta release of new solutions.
  • Implement and seek feedback on alpha and beta solutions.
  • Identify and facilitate clinical evidence collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders including Product Teams, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

What We Are Looking For

  • Certified Medical Dosimetrist with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of clinical radiation therapy experience or board-certified Radiation Therapist with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of dosimetry experience.
  • Training experience is an asset.
  • Industry experience is an asset, particularly in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with treatment planning software, specifically the Varian Eclipse Treatment Planning System.
  • Proficiency in other treatment planning systems is an asset.
  • Expertise with brachytherapy techniques and planning software preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English. Other languages are an asset.
  • Ability to travel.

This is a remote position that will support and report into our headquarters in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The position is open to candidates located in Canada or the United States.
