Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our Fredericton, NB, team. As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing our service department's operations. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate service activities, and uphold our commitment to excellence in every interaction with our valued clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including: scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing service requests.
- Supervise a team of service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
- A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service and aftermarket sales.
- Strong computer proficiency with an ERP system, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory catalogs.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and results driven.
- A strong understanding of mechanical equipment, with a willingness to learn the products we represent.
- Having a technical diploma with a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
