Job Summary:
Student Works Home Maintenance Company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Window Cleaner, Gutter Cleaning and Power Washing. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of windows and the home exterior in residential and commercial properties in Sarnia, ON. This is an individual contributor role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $22 per week, paid biweekly. In addition, Student Works offers a comprehensive benefits such and great culture and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior windows using specialized cleaning tools and products
- Remove dirt, dust, and grime from windows using squeegees, cleaning solution, and other equipment
- Wipe down window frames, sills, and tracks to ensure a thorough clean
- Remove and clean screens as needed
- Identify and report any issues or damages to windows or frames
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete daily work logs and reports as required
-Gutter cleaning, taking our debris and having it and power washing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in window cleaning preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
