Responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee payroll
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Execute employee recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
• Develop HR policies throughout the organization
• Regional travel to visit company branch locations and attend various career fairs

Skill requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR professional
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources or relevant field
