Job DescriptionHow You'll Make an Impact:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff and concierge team
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction- experience with 5 star service required
- Manage hospitality service team, including wait staff, reception, concierge and support staff
- Coordinate with culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Food and Beverage service experience required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring staff
- Familiarity with restaurant & catering management software is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry is desirable
