Key Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of RTai's offerings and leverage this insight to penetrate and expand into targeted markets.
  • Strategize with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive plan for market introduction and revenue growth.
  • Independently manage the sales process, from lead generation and cold outreach to deal negotiation and closure with high-level executives.
  • Ensure a continuous pipeline of business opportunities, leading to successful deal conclusions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition from sales closure to project implementation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our existing clientele to broaden RTai's market presence.
  • Offer feedback for product and strategic adjustments based on market response, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • This individual contributor role presents significant opportunities for growth within a global context.

Reporting Structure

  • Directly reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), playing a crucial role in enhancing sales processes and promoting team collaboration.

Requirements

Experience with large enterprise data governance and risk management is a must, particularly in financial services. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience, including a substantial focus on large enterprise accounts within the data governance and risk management space.
  • Demonstrated success as a sales hunter, consistently delivering on substantial business deals.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise risk in financial services, with specific knowledge of climate and ESG markets, and the ability to navigate regulatory impacts on enterprise clients.
  • A bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to adapt quickly in rapidly changing markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements across North America and EMEA.
