JOB OVERVIEW

A Painter is responsible for prepping, priming, and painting various equipment, maintaining equipment and assisting other team members when needed. We are looking to add someone to our team who is diligent in their tasks, organized and a strong team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Grind, remove splatter, degrease, and prepare surface

§ Prime and paint all components as required

§ Identify and tag components after paint

§ Organize all components after drying

§ Maintain all paint booth and equipment in good working order

§ Responsible for paint inventory levels

§ Responsible for monthly steel inventory count

§ Organize and maintain yard

§ Operate fork truck

§ Load and unload vehicles

§ Assist welders

§ Assemble components

§ Complete time and customer job sheets

§ In accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company

§ All other duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

§ Post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience

§ Prior painting experience

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§ Strong organizational and time management skills

§ Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

§ Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment

§ Familiar with basic hand and power tools

§ Mechanical aptitude

§ Great attitude with a desire to learn and grow professionally
