If you are looking to build your career and enjoy a dynamic work environment, read on!

Why we'll love you:

  • You identify as an ambitious professional with a passion for Finance and Accounting, and are comfortable in change management relating to property management and development.
  • Bring enthusiasm for planning and ensuring the effective implementation of systems and processes to enable scalable execution.
  • Because you're capable of implementing sound problem-solving skills to assess systems issues and improve execution by a team of direct reports.
  • Analytical and relentless while committing to quarterly goal-setting processes and solid feedback loops from team and customers alike.
  • Act as a self-motivated individual able to lead a dynamic team, while nurturing strong relationships that contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple activities and variables in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant) or CA (chartered accountant), in good standing. CFA is a bonus!
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with at least 2 years' experience in leading people.

Once you're here, you'll:

  • Be naturally curious and helpful, willing to contribute their unique skills and attributes to the role and to continuously learn and further develop the professional skillsets of themselves and their team.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of provincial tax regulations and compliance reporting.
  • Manage payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes.
  • Deliver exceptional financial project management.

  • Interact with a variety of stakeholders and conduct your role with professionalism and high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and organization.
  • Contribute to strata reporting - not essential but an asset.

Why you'll love us:

  • Our value-driven team proactively takes ownership for their roles and is passionate about doing the right thing for our people and our communities.
  • Each of our team members is a bit of a generalist, BUT are talented in their true strengths – the ones that get you to jump out of bed on a Monday morning. Be it taking initiative, deep focus, engaging others, or analyzing reports.
  • Each of our team members speaks the truth – integrity and communication are bedrock core values.
  • Each of our team members has grit – innate resilience, with enough tenacity to never give up. Our team appreciates diversity of thought and being, respecting the skills and professionalism of our colleagues.
