Social Media Manager

*Job Overview* Taba Interactive Media is a Vancouver-based digital media company creating content and campaigns that people actually stop scrolling for. We work with brands across industries to build engaged communities and tell stories that connect. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes online culture—and can turn that instinct into results. As our Social Media Manager, you'll own our clients' social presence from strategy to execution—planning content, managing accounts, engaging communities, and analyzing what works. This is a hybrid role in Vancouver: remote content creation and scheduling, plus in-office collaboration for planning and shoots. If you're creative, data-curious, and always three trends ahead, this role is for you. *Responsibilities* * Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
* Plan and manage content calendars; create and schedule posts
* Write engaging captions and collaborate with designers and videographers on assets
* Engage with communities, respond to comments, and manage brand voice
* Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
* Track analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
* Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations *Skills* * 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
* Deep familiarity with major platforms, their tools, and best practices
* Strong writing and content creation skills (photo/video editing is an asset)
* Analytical mindset—comfortable with analytics tools and reporting
* Creative thinker who can adapt voice and tone across brands
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a hybrid environment
* Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset Pay: $82,000.00-$102,000.00 per year Benefits:
