PERFORMANCE HEAD COACH

Who is a Performance Head Coach?

The Performance Head Coach is responsible for providing exceptional service to all Performance Members and developing their Coaches while ensuring the success of Performance programming (Regymen, Ninjafit, PEAK and other Performance Programs).

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the hiring, training, performance and development of the Performance Coaches
  • Responsible for ensuring Performance Program success
  • Responsible for implementing and managing all administration, policies, procedures and systems as directed by the Vice President of Group Experience with reference to the Performance program. They will report directly to the General Manager
  • Input to a collaborative approach to planning and execution of Performance classes. This includes special events, releases, and member retention and attraction strategies
  • Implement all Performance directives as per the Vice President of Group Experience
  • Responsible for leading Performance Starter classes 2 - 4 per week
  • Consistently working to build and maintain Performance Member base, including walk arounds, Performance Trials, phone calls to existing Members, outreach to community events when required, booths, testimonials, etc.
  • Strong presence in the Club. Visible time at the Front Desk before Performance Classes and working to build great relationships and a strong Performance community
  • Promote Performance through Social Media accounts, Newsletters and Special Events, as directed by the Vice President of Group Experience
  • You will belong to a Performance Head Coach network, and on occasion will be asked to collaborate on programming development and education content
  • Handle Performance Member complaints and concerns
  • Meet with Sales Team to promote weekly special events that are happening
  • Participate in Sales Launch and Club Kickoff meetings as well as scheduled Divisional Manager/General Manager meetings when required
  • Plan and deliver training for Coaches for team practices and development as directed
