Your role

• Demonstrate creativity and innovation in the development of designs and solutions while maintaining safety and balancing operational flexibility, reliability and whole‑life cost.
• Prepare and model track alignment & profile drawings, trackplan schematics, trackwork specifications, and yard and maintenance facility general layouts, cross sections and details.
• Interface with multi‑discipline teams, client and owner's'engineers
• Provide construction support services including shop drawing reviews, RFIs, Non‑conformance reports, as‑built survey analysis. etc.
• Perform analysis for ride quality and safety against derailment.
• Perform occasional field engineering services.

About you

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Registration with PEO.
• Minimum 5‑10 years experience.
• Familiar with relevant standards (AREMA, EN, TCRP, etc.).
• Solution‑oriented, team player, resourceful.
• Able to handle multiple scopes on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley RailTrack would be an asset.
