Jump Recruitment on behalf of our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position, located at their Toronto, ON office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans, establishing clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resources required for successful project execution.
- Oversee the coordination of all project efforts, both technical and administrative, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables align with client expectations.
- Proactively manage project budgets, schedules, scope, documentation, communication, and team assignments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop project scopes, estimate fees, and prepare proposals and contracts in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections, certifications, warranties, and completion documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in architecture, with a strong track record of successfully managing projects from design through completion.
- OAA license and a strong understanding of professional practice requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to produce and review high-quality construction documents.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC), particularly Parts 3 and 9.
- Strong understanding of building detailing, construction documentation, and project delivery.
- Industrial project experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
