What You'll Do
  • Translate business strategy and leading practices into the design and continuous improvement of talent processes and tools that strengthen the leadership pipeline
  • Contribute to the evolution and integration of enterprise talent management frameworks, with a focus on adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement
  • Lead elements of the design and ongoing refinement of global talent assessment, talent review enablement, and succession planning approaches aligned to future role readiness
  • Support the design and integration of behavioral and functional competency frameworks, ensuring alignment with core talent processes
  • Enable and build HR Business Partner capability by providing tools, guidance, and advisory support on the application and deployment of talent practices
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate talent insights (e.g., assessments) into succession planning and development approaches
  • Develop and maintain enterprise resources (e.g., job aids, playbooks, guidance) to support consistent and high-quality execution
  • Exercise a high degree of professional judgement in all talent and succession activities, ensuring integrity, privacy, confidentiality, and disciplined stewardship of sensitive information
  • Generate insights by analyzing talent data, trends, and stakeholder input, creating reports and presentations, and providing recommendations to support informed decision-making
  • Lead the development and evolution of talent metrics, dashboards, and reporting, ensuring data quality and actionable insights
  • Support the design and execution of development strategies and activities for senior leader and critical talent populations, including disciplined follow-through on development plans, internal mobility strategies, and pipeline strengthening efforts
  • Act as a subject matter lead for talent modules within the HRIS, supporting system enhancements, testing, reporting, and process enablement (e.g., talent profiles, succession planning)
  • Manage external vendors supporting assessment and development solutions, ensuring programs deliver measurable value and align with enterprise priorities
What You'll Bring:
  • Strong subject matter expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability frameworks within large, global organizations
  • Demonstrated experience owning the design and execution of enterprise talent programs, with clear accountability for outcomes and measurable impact in complex global organizations
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering talent initiatives end-to-end, beyond supporting roles, within global organizations of comparable size and complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and executional levels in order to deliver the required work in a timely manner
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect talent practices to business outcomes and workforce priorities
  • Advanced analytical and insight capability, with experience translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in HRIS talent systems and digital enablement, with a focus on adoption and user experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively through HR Business Partners
  • High degree of professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proven ability to build and mature processes in evolving environments and to translate strategy into practical, executable solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in talent management, succession, or organizational development
  • Experience with assessment tools, coaching, or leadership development methodologies is an asset
