What you will do:

Reporting to the Director of UX & Design, the Lead Content Deployment Specialist will play a key role in shaping compelling, user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing and publishing assets across Cineplex digital platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy original, visually engaging, accessible content across our digital products and services
  • Manage and prioritize incoming content requests to meet timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, marketers, and developers to create seamless, cohesive user experiences
  • Ensure quality by conducting thorough content checks across devices, browsers, and screen sizes to confirm accurate display and functionality
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and content teams to align on strategy and execution

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with focus on digital visual design and/or graphic design and/or equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience with responsive B2C websites and mobile apps
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Front-end certification is a bonus
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) to publish and maintain web assets
  • Awareness of web accessibility standards and how to apply them in content creation
  • Familiarity with personalization and targeting tools like Adobe Target is a plus
  • Demonstrated success working in a content publishing or digital design role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
