Salary Range: $59,000 - $89,000

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading and supporting the development, execution and evaluation of marketing and communication initiatives for all activities of GoodLife Kids Foundation, and to ensure the overall brand of the organization and its programs are maintained by all parties. This role collaborates regularly with GoodLife Kids Foundation team members, GoodLife Fitness departments, and external partners in order to plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives. This role manages the budgets for all marketing and communication initiatives, as well as recruiting and managing the day-to-day success of staff supporting the marketing and communication portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    Develop and execute annual marketing and communication strategies aligned with Goodlife Kids Foundation strategic goals, and will enhance success of our signature programs - MOVE by GoodLife Kids and the MOVE 4 Kids Event - supporter engagement and other fundraising campaigns.
  • Content Development & Brand Management
    Oversee the creation of compelling written and visual content across digital and print platforms. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards in all communications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, GoodLife Fitness departments, and external partners to support collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership
    Manage and mentor members of the marketing and communication team. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications, content management, digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Assets:

  • Experience leading marketing strategy and budget management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and user experience principles.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
