Help shape the future of strategic growth for WSP's Property & Buildings business. As a Strategic Pursuit Manager, you will lead the positioning, capture planning, and proposal development of high-value strategic opportunities that drive sustainable growth across our markets. This role offers the opportunity to influence major pursuits, collaborate with senior leaders across the business, and develop winning strategies that make a lasting impact on clients, communities, and the built environment.

Your Impact

• Lead the Go/No-Go process for strategic pursuits, ensuring alignment with the Property & Buildings Opportunity Road Map.
• Develop and implement capture plans that position WSP to successfully compete and win major opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive intelligence to identify differentiators and strengthen win strategies.
• Collaborate with business, market, and regional leadership teams to drive pursuit excellence and pipeline growth.
• Lead proposal development activities, ensuring strategic messaging, compliance, quality, and timely submission.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners.
• Maintain opportunity records and reporting within Oracle and other business systems to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned, market insights, and innovative approaches to increase win rates.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic pursuit management, capture management, proposal management, or a related business development role.
• Demonstrated experience leading capture planning and developing winning pursuit strategies.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including commercial and financial aspects of Alternative Delivery Projects.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling win themes and value propositions.
• Experience using proposal management systems, CRM platforms, Oracle, and other pursuit-related technologies.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
