Job Description: Project Management and Planning Specialists lead infrastructure projects for SHA, managing planning, design, and construction from scope to completion. They handle feasibility, budgeting, risk, scheduling, approvals, and financial tracking for projects from $200K to over $100M. They ensure user needs, space, and equipment requirements are built into designs, translating between stakeholders and technical teams. Acting as key communicators, they represent the owner on-site, oversee construction quality, maintain records, and ensure projects meet standards and client-centered care goals.

Experience
- 3 - 5 years’ experience developing and leading innovative projects.
Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Interior Design
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering
- Project Management certificate
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Facilities Engineering Technology
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
