About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports or case histories to document client progress.
  • Conduct social research and implement life skills workshops.
  • Assess clients' strengths and development needs.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver specific services within the community.
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and halfway houses.
  • Provide crisis intervention and resolve conflict situations.
  • Assist clients with special needs and accompany them to appointments and social outings.
  • Implement behavior management programs and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
