About the Role

As a Residential Counsellor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and welcoming home.
  • Preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Implementing behaviour management programs to support individual growth and development.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Employment Duration: Temporary
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a related field.
