Key Responsibilities

• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, operating lighter, special purpose trucks.
• Load and unload goods while ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques to enhance team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
