About the Job

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This permanent position offers 32 to 40 hours of work per week, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Process group arrivals and departures
• Manage room reservations, including taking, canceling, and changing bookings
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local points of interest
• Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets and cash reports
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
• Follow emergency and safety procedures

• Deliver requested wakeup calls to customers
