This is a permanent position offering between 32 to 44 hours of work per week. As a Building Handyman/Woman, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our establishment. Your tasks will include:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
- Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse
- Emptying trash cans and waste containers
- Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Contacting contractors for major repairs and maintenance
- Performing minor repairs on appliances
- Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
