Position Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks that require attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile data to prepare documents for executive review.
  • Prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience with database management.
