This is a permanent position offering between 30 to 40 hours per week. As a Water Well Driller Apprentice, you will be immersed in hands-on training and practical experience, working alongside seasoned professionals in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Disinfecting, reconstructing, and redeveloping older contaminated wells and water pumping systems
• Drilling, boring, and digging for water wells
• Installing and testing piping systems
• Installing and testing water well pumps, piping systems, and equipment
• Instructing apprentices
• Maintaining and repairing piping systems and water well pumps
• Performing routine maintenance on water well drilling rigs and equipment
• Conducting pumping tests to assess well performance
• Reviewing client requirements and proposed locations for water wells

• A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
• A background in College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
