• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs

• Making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Contacting tradespersons for major repairs
• Coordinating with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

• Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
