Job Overview

As a Front Desk Hotel Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for registering arrivals, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
