About the Job

As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will be involved in a range of tasks that are essential to the construction and renovation process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems.
• Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various establishments, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.

Education

Experience

• 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
