About the Job
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Maintain work records and logs, and monitor personnel workloads and locations.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, including emergency situations.
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other issues, and follow up on work order concerns.
- Keep track of shipments and maintain vehicle operator work records.
- Process and transmit information to coordinate activities using dispatching equipment.
- Respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations.
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
Requirements
