Key Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Education Worker, you will:

• Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
• Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
• Engage children through storytelling, teaching songs, and leading creative activities.
• Assist early childhood educators in maintaining records and discussing children's progress during staff meetings.
• Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
