Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in Human Resources Development, Retailing and Retail Operations, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employment equity, labour relations, job analysis, compensation and benefits, and training and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with electronic mail and internet applications.
