About the Role

As a Human Resources Adviser, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the activities of the HR department to align with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in Human Resources Development, Retailing and Retail Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employment equity, labour relations, job analysis, compensation and benefits, and training and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with electronic mail and internet applications.
