Are you a skilled tradesperson with a passion for concrete finishing? RCT Constructions is looking for a dedicated Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and durability of our concrete structures. Key Responsibilities

• Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement for a flawless finish.
• Prepare tenders and quotations for upcoming projects.
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete effectively.
• Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
• Impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
• Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces properly.
• Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to maintain their integrity.
• Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
