Are you an experienced truck driver looking for a permanent position with a reputable company? Quality Concrete Inc. is seeking a dedicated Ready-Mix Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting concrete to various locations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and adjust routes using GPS and other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques.
  • Load and unload goods efficiently.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Inspect vehicle conditions, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
