Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
- Promote conference and meeting services or special events.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate logistics for special events, including set-ups, staging, seating, and communication systems.
- Plan schedules, goals, and objectives for events.
- Research and design innovative special events programs.
