Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Maintain financial records, establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or equivalent experience
