Job SummaryReporting to the Facilities Manager and Night Janitorial Supervisor, the Night Janitor is responsible for the evening housekeeping activities of the Club and includes but is not limited to the following:Duties and Responsibilities
- Dust, mop, vacuum and clean using a variety of tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and ensure proper usage according to the Club’s safety procedures.
- Organize maintenance and custodial rooms to ensure safety and to maintain product inventory.
- Maintain and organize cleaning logs.
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- The evening shift is from 9:00PM – 5:30AM
- Previous custodial experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability skills, & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay focused on task while balancing multiple priorities at the same time.
